Job Profile :
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Classic brand management- identifying target audience, narrowing down on brand proposition, and executing it across paid, owned and earned media to create powerful word-of-mouth.
- Digital Native: Build a deeply engaged, passionate digital community for a cutting-edge ed tech product with a cult-like consumer following.
Skill Set:
- Prior experience in leading marketing, branding and community building for a start-up is a must.
- Deep experience in growth hacking and social media leadership is a must.
- Aggressive: - Take no prisoners- approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and the Head of Marketing should have the same all-consuming drive.
- Systems Thinking: Create strong processes and systems to build a rocket-ship. Early-stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker.
- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership and radical accountability for work. The product is incredibly high quality with 20%+ conversion.
- Extremely creative/hacker mindset: Digital Native, should penetrate top Whatsapp groups, Facebook Moms groups, hundreds of offline groups, anything it takes to bring a life-changing ed-tech product to millions of customers.
- Have a global aesthetic- the product will expand globally in 3 months time and aesthetic should transcend cultural boundaries to deliver a true global experience.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
