- Managing Marketing & Sales Division
- Strategizing road map to achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly targets.
- Calling and fixing meetings.
- Taking new meetings on a daily basis.
- Assisting and guiding the team on their aspects of work.
- Ensuring retention of clients.
- Mapping of client. Understanding the structure of the client industry and mapping it with our core competencies to make the sale.
- To ensure monthly target is achieved.
- Ability to conceptualize key marketing activities.
- Ideate new event executions and plans.
- Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Epix Credentials.
- Screen and select candidates for executive roles on basis of company's long term goals & culture in Marketing & Sales Department.
- Handle client meetings alone.
- Mentor & coach the team to form 2nd line leaders.
- To be capable to learn operations part of the business so that he/she can represent better to the client with minimum support.
- Maintaining a marketing report which needs to be updated daily.
- Assisting in Preparing Costing, Budget sheets, closure reports.
- Give the right creative brief to the designer.
- Being on site during initial stages for an event setup/actively open to learn the technical equipment and fabrication part of the event /activation.
- Quality check on prints, give away, collaterals is a priority.
- Making the Post Event Report and ensuring the client gets the event pictures and videos with the event sticker on it within 48 hours of the event.
- Sending out the feedback form and ensuring it's signed, scanned and sent to the entire team.
- Marketing reports to be sent to the reporting person (MD) on weekly basis.
