Job Description Urgent Opening for " Marketing Head " for a leading Dairy Industry.
Experience: 10 - 18 Years
Responsibilities :
1.Build our marketing, PR, and brand strategy that will grow Smitten into a leading, values-focused brand at the intersection of the food and technology worlds
2.Manage our current Community Marketing Manager and grow our Marketing team
3.Implement creative marketing campaigns at existing and future shops that position Smitten as a destination for locals and visitors alike who are seeking out genuine, unique food experiences
4.Partner with our Founder to develop, hone, and implement the general brand messaging plan for our business; you ensure the sincerity and accuracy of the Smitten brand voice at every point of contact
5.Partner with external PR team to drive local and national media placements, with a focus on highlighting the Founders story and Smittens unique place within the culinary and technology spaces
6.Work on New Flavor Team to develop new flavors and products
7.Manage end-to-end brand partnerships; identify complementary brands, craft thoughtful pitch materials and generate ideas for collaborations, and implement buzz-generating activations
8.Plan and execute Smittens presence at large-scale culinary events, music festivals, and experiences that grow brand awareness nationally
9.Manage marketing budget, track key metrics, and optimize plans based on performance
10.Source and implement external sales partnerships and business development opportunities; manage content updates and ensure efficient operations, top-notch product quality, and excellent guest service
11.Act as art director for all branding, photography and videography, and in-store/online marketing collateral
12.Oversee website, email, and social media content marketing strategy
Work cross functionally with product, sourcing, catering, store design, people & culture, engineering, finance, and real estate teams to grow the Smitten brand
