Head - Marketing - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Pay includes additional incentives and bonuses up to 3.75 LPA.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Reaching sales goals by interacting with leads that are sent.
- Prospective customers should be seen in specified locations to ascertain their financial needs and - provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Keeping in regular contact with clients.
- Helping clients both before and following a purchase.
- Maintaining client retention and ensuring the quality of the business.
The profile of the candidate :
- It is required to have a graduation degree.
- Experience in both life insurance and BFSI for at least a year is necessary.
- Age range : 22-38.
- Candidates must have lived in the area for three to five years minimum.
