Head - Marketing - Beauty & Cosmetics (10-13 yrs)
- Candidate should have an overall experience of 10-13 years. Mostly in the B2C space with one stint of 2 years or more in Beauty & cosmetics
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Create annual revenue plan and quarterly Marketing plan and ensure efficient implementation of activities to achieve company targets
- Create and manage a marketing budget to ensure the most effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, sales, and e-commerce to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement an advertising and promotion strategy across various media channels.
- Will work closely with the top-tier management team dedicated to developing and growing customer centric brands.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary.
