Have a strong understanding of the Martech stack, their features that one can build a full stack for any client based on their requirements. Along with data and analytic skills & also have an expertise on the usage of Marketing Automation tools. Have a resolution based approach and can provide solutions in the most effective manner for creating competitive advantage through use of technology for clients in their Digital endeavors.
A MUST :
- Hybrid professional who is one part IT geek and one-part integrated marketing expert who can straddle the fence between the worlds of creativity, data and technology.
- Research and recommend new marketing technology products.
- Operate marketing technology products as an administrator so that can train and support marketing staff on using marketing technology products.
- Integrate marketing technology products with each other.
- Should have deep knowledge and understanding of data quality within marketing technology products like Lead Management Systems, Martech tools, CRM softwares and the roles they play across digital consumer journeys.
- Ability use data to understand and analyze situations to provide meaningful inputs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve digital marketing processes and programs by working with key users to eliminate marketing and technology silos and improve deployment of new technologies.
- Dedicated to all things marketing - including marketing software, data and analytics, social and mobile platforms, apps development, content marketing, web mechanics, and digital advertising.
- Technical skills include Content management platforms, Customer relationship management platforms, Experience management, Email marketing, E-commerce, Mobile tracking software.
What do I need to have?
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Automation role with Technology Consulting firms, SAAS companies, Agencies etc.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related marketing field.
- Expert skills and hands-on experience (2 years or more) working on Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot, Leadsquared, Mautic or any other preferred.
- A background in combining marketing technologies with enterprise applications will be helpful.
- Strong communication skills are needed in order to collaborate with marketing personnel and interface with customers.
