Head - Marketing - Agri (12-25 yrs)
- To facilitate budgeting/ Roadmap, both, annual as well as long term.
- Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities within SBUs, in liaise with Corporate Marketing Function, with a special focus on development and implementation of Dealer's Programs, Demand Creation and Digital Marketing.
- Product life cycle Management.
- To promote and form alliances for mutual benefits with Companies in Agro input sector and other Agencies .
- Responsible for Functional Training of Sales and Field Support Employees.
- Contribute as a Key member of the India Marketing Leadership team enabling effective decision making across functions to maximize value of assets.
- Lead development of India portfolio strategies to enable profitable market share growth and get consensus on priorities and resource plans.
- Develop and monitor market intelligence, bringing in customer insight into India strategy and marketing plan.
- Manage alignment with Global teams when it is needed.
- Re-assess key priorities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Drive pricing excellence (value, portfolio, commercial terms)
- Support field force and CRM strategy.
