Job Role:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies, managing brand visibility, fostering stakeholder relationships, and leading a high performing team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and communication, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:
01) Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies in line with company goals and each client's needs to generate revenue.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to devise strategies for expanding the client base and increasing market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement plans to scale the business effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Secure a minimum of 4 collaborations per month for each client to amplify brand presence.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Monitor and manage all content rolled out of the company, ensuring 0% errors.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all marketing materials.
02) Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing communications team to achieve their full potential.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward team achievements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
03) Client Management and Retention:
- Implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to understand client needs and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on building loyalty and repeat business.
- Leverage opportunities to deepen engagement with existing clients through tailored marketing efforts.
04) Collaboration and Revenue Generation:
- Coordinate and manage collaborations with clients and high-profile celebrities to enhance brand reach and reputation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, celebrities, and other key partners.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions designed to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Key Skills Required:
01) Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
02) Work Experience: Proven experience of 6 years in a senior marketing role within a PR or MarComm agency.
03) Previous experience in B2B marketing and knowledge of the PR landscape is highly desirable.
04) Notice Period: Candidates who are available to start soon will be considered favorably.
05) Salary Range: A salary of Rs. 10.80 to 12.0 Lacs Per Annum Lacs Per Annum or Rs. 90,000 to 1,00,000 Per Month.
06) Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
07) Possess strong leadership qualities, creativity, and strategic thinking.
08) Working Days: Monday to Friday.
09) Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
10) Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
11) Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
