Head - Marketing (5-14 yrs)
We have Job Requirement for Marketing Head (Salesforce is a must)
Location : Noida
Timing : (1 side CAB)
- 5 Pm -2 Am IST
- 6 PM - 3 PM
- We seek a highly creative and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and experience leading a team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Create and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives, including online and offline campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals and providing guidance and support.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust marketing plans accordingly. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Strong creative skills and the ability to develop and execute innovative campaigns.
- Excellent communication and team management skills Experience with data analysis and marketing technology is a plus.
