Job Title : Marketing Head
Job Summary :
The Marketing Head is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities within the organization, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and leading the marketing team to achieve business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to drive the company's marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of marketing staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
