Head - Marketing (10-15 yrs)
One of our clients is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead their brand's marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Head of Marketing will oversee a team of marketing professionals, manage multi-channel campaigns, and ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Leadership :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
Brand Management :
- Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.
- Drive brand storytelling to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, and social media content.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
- Partner with external agencies, vendors, and third-party providers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, CRM software, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
