Head/Manager - Marketing - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)

Qualification: Bachelor degree/ BBA/ MBA/ Marketing
Experience: 5-7 Years relevant experience in real estate or retired from any Public/ Private banks/ Insurance/ BFSI sector
CTC: As per company standard/ Negotiable
Work Location: Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Potential Buyers
2. Organizing Site Visits
3. Collect the Required Information and Documents
4. Negotiate with Property Buyers
5. Maintain Regular Follow up with interested clients as well as fresh leads generation
6. Handling Customers and give details about the Project
7. Branding, Corporate Promoting, Advertising Particular Projects
9. Sending Weekly, Monthly Reports to the Management
10. Provide after sale service to the Clients
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Real estate (Building/ apartment/ flat/ plot) marketing
- Good communication in English/ Hindi, presentable
- Able to convince, negotiate and convert the customer, treat the customer as well
- Also retired/ VRS employee are most welcome
- No field work.
- Desk sitting in Office
