Head - Investment Products - Franchisee Channel (10-18 yrs)
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving Investment Product sales through Franchisee.
- Achieve Investment Products top line and bottom line targets by driving IP business (Mutual Funds, PMS, Fixed Income
- Products, Financial Planning etc) through the existing Franchisee Channel across India.
- Activating more franchisees for the PMS products (expand network for enhanced reach).
- Driving sales through franchisees to meet business plan.
- Hiring, training IP/ Advisory staff
- Monitor sales by franchisees in line with overall goals.
- Travelling across the country to meet franchisees for building relationships and tap into their customer network.
- Regular frontline contact across regions to drive and monitor regional team performance and motivate staff for PMS.
- For coordinating PMS promotion events for franchisees.
- Constantly innovate to dig deeper into the customer base of the existing franchisees.
- Coordinating internally to ensure smooth account opening.
- Handling any customer escalations for IP at Franchisees.
- Routing customer feedback. Qualifications and Experience
Requirement :
- Must have 10+ years of relevant experience in hardcore sales of financial products like Mutual Funds, PMS etc
Required Skills :
- Proven track record of achieving bottom line and top line targets
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds and PMS products
- Extremely strong team leadership, team working and networking qualities
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
