Head - International Sales - Water Pumps (25-30 yrs)

Role Overview:

CRI Pumps Limited is seeking an accomplished leader to head its International Marketing division for water pumps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving global sales, defining and executing marketing strategies, building brand equity, and managing a robust dealer, channel, and distributor network across international markets. This role offers an opportunity to lead global operations for one of the most trusted brands in the water pump industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Sales Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive global sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

- Identify and explore new international markets to expand the company's global footprint.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.

Marketing Strategy:

- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall in international markets.

- Build a strong brand presence and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.

- Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize outreach and impact.

Dealer, Channel, and Distributor Management:

- Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners worldwide.

- Optimize the performance of sales channels through training, incentives, and effective communication.

- Ensure effective product availability and distribution to meet customer demands across regions.

Global Operations Management:

- Lead international operations for water pumps, ensuring alignment with the company's quality standards and strategic objectives.

- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service in global markets.

- Resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with local regulations in each region.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales and marketing team.

- Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and accountability.

Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and nurture strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance market penetration and brand recognition.

- Collaborate with government agencies, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for growth.
