Exposure : Pharmaceutical formulation marketing includes Africa, SOuth east Asia, Latin America (API, Clinical research are not eligible. Only Formulation profiles are welcomed)
Age : around 40 years
Expertise requires :
- Communication (additional foreign marketing will be added advantage)
- Business development
- Partner Management
- Sales planning and monitoring
Team Management :
Business operations coordinating with regulatory, product planning, logistic, finance team
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Team recruitment, training and management
- Monitoring field activities and feedback
- P&L management for all assignments
- Review and presentations on business progress
- Daily activity monitoring of team
- Plan and execute CRM activities
- Meeting regulatory bodies, facilitate process
- Product portfolio Management (plan,registration,launch)
- Forecasting and rolling sales plan
- Overseas travelling
