Head - Internal Communication - eCommerce (8-13 yrs)
Company Brief: B2B e-commerce platform for steel consumers, connecting micro, small and medium enterprises with steel distributors. One can purchase steel at competitive prices, with doorstep delivery at the click of a button. The platform shall also facilitate financing solutions and credit offers by banks and distributors for MSMEs steel purchases on the platform.
Role: Internal Communication
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategize and Lead internal and culture communication:
- Strategic role in setting up systems and processes to ensure there is robust internal communication and international tools are being used effectively.
- Leading Corporate Crisis Communication management and strategy:
- Work on the cultural transformation strategy and communication roll-outs.
- Responsible for employer branding strategy in partnership with the HR team.
- Responsible Communication for the Executive Committee of the company
- Assist in social media strategy and content creation for the corporate handle.
- Assist in internal/external events, Townhalls and campaigns
Key Skills required:
- 10-12 years of experience required Internal & Digital Communication & Strategy and Employer branding.
- Should have led e Internal Communication working closely with the CEO's office and the Senior leadership team
- Relevant Degree in Mass Communication will be an added advantage
