Responsibilities :
- Head the Institutional Business
- Strategising and implementation of Business Development.
- Target Achievement of all the propositions
- Monitoring sales activities, net sales, AAUM, New Client Addition and Sales performance.
- Recruiting, training & developing healthy competitive spirit internally to ensure efficiency in sales and set new benchmarks.
Requirements :
- Strong Mutual Funds domain knowledge
- Institutional sales experience in top MF companies
- Strong Stake holder Management
- Executive maturity
- Must have managed high AUM
