Head - Inside Sales Operations - Services Firm (5-10 yrs)

- The Head Sales Operations manages Inside Sales Operations, Marketing and Lead Generation, Business Development and Digital Marketing and PR functions for the organization. Teams within these functions report to this position.

- This position reports to the Global Head Sales.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work with the senior management and sales and marketing teams - understand the sales and marketing plans and target goals for the year.

- Set up the Inside Sales team to manage telemarketing, pipeline generation and sales life cycle from lead to opportunity. Ensure inside sales productivity and efficiency and yield from Inside Sales by allocating proper allocation of resources and quota, managing the sales process and operations, sales training and reporting analytics.

- Manage the marketing and lead generation teams, set processes and operations to achieve lead generation targets. Supervise and lead the inbound marketing, outbound marketing, lead life cycle and social/PR activities.

- To continuously streamline and improve sales and marketing processes and operations to support the sales and marketing plan and improve sales productivity.

- Candidate should have experience into telecalling into UAS, Canada, Europe & Australia. South Asia Experience is an added advantage.

- Support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.

- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales and marketing organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.

- Strong communication skills.

- Willing to work in an extended day shift and occasionally night shift (US hours) and go the extra mile to achieve sales and marketing goals.

- Knowledge on different VOIP and other international calling technology for setting up the calling center for the inside sales process.

Experience :

- More than 5+ years of experience in an IT services organization targeted at US or European markets.

- Minimum 1 years- experience in managing sales teams and preferably marketing teams.

- Practical international experience in the Software/Software Consulting sector.

- A strong, proven, track record of customer interaction and organizational skills.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
