Head - Inside Sales - Executive Education (8-15 yrs)
Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting ( Into Upskilling) and by closing sales deals for certification programs
Responsibilities
- Managing Sales and Operations for the counselling team and ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Should have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business targets.
- Responsible for the individual ( B2B) as well as team targets ( B2C)
- Should have an innovative mindset, who can come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas.
- Should be an action-oriented playmaker who is able to shape up new talents into a strong team.
- Should be well versed with quality standards in the counselling setup
- Should be a people's champion, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the Ed-tech Market
Requirements :
- 12+ Years of Team Handling Experience (15-20 Members).
- 8+ Years of Sales Experience with a mandatory 3 years of experience in Edtech, Preferably in Upskilling/Higher Education Space
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
