Head - Inside Sales - Education (8-10 yrs)
- Set and ensure smooth workflow of all inside sales processes including managing daily activities of team & preparing reports. You will also be responsible to analyse, forecast and support other sales activities.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our sales and support processes.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing team to design and plan campaigns on regular basis for lead generation and awareness.
- Lead, mentor and coach sales associates, improve and implement training modules to develop the skills of the team. Lead the onboarding & training of new Sales Representatives
