Head - Horeca (8-13 yrs)
Currently we are working on Head Horeca role with one of the reputed FMCG Company in India based at Pune.
Designation - Head Horeca
Reporting to - CEO
Location - Pune
Qualification: Any Post Graduate / MBA
Experience - 8 to 15 years of Horeca, Sales, Institutional sales experience is must.
Responsibilities: Develop HORECA strategy for: Channel Management, Products, Manpower.
- Key Accounts Management/ HORECA
- Effectively execute the strategy through recruitment/training/leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities & convert them into business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- POST GRADUATE / MBA with about 08-15yrs experience in a Key HORECA and Institutional sales in a Reputed FMCG/ Beverages/ Liquor Company.
- Minimum 5 yrs of exp. in handling 5 Star hotels /caterers/restaurants. Last company should be minimum 3--4 yrs.
