Job Description :
Role will entail setting up of distribution network as well as team in top metros. We are focused on baby trade/beauty /Wellness stores with very concentrated effort to identify/build top outlets in Pan India. based in Gurgaon.
We need someone who is a fast riser and has ambition to make it large. Uncertain environments and independent charge should excite the person. The person should have discipline and meticulousness to work independently and without supervision
Experience :
- The candidate should have worked in frontline sales for 5-8 years; open to candidates who have covered General trade as well; but deep experience in Premium retail stores a must
- Should have seen rapid progression through his career
- Should have managed sales teams of at least 4 people across multiple levels of reporting
- Team reporting
- Team motivation and management
- Drawing up beat plans and demand generation programs
- Should have worked in smaller/new age startup FMCG companies
- Experience of the following would be an added plus
- Working in a super high growth FMCG environment (companies such as Plum, Veeba, Epigamia, WOW, Kaya Skin, Innisfree, innatur naturals, loreal, Lakme faces, colorsessence )
- Setting up sales network and a sales team from scratch
Education:
- Should have completed schooling + Bachelors degree from college
- MBA or other Masters degree is a plus
- Should be comfortable using MS Excel, MS PPT and Email and Field force Applications
Personal Qualities :
- Candidate should very high level of integrity and honesty
- The candidate should also be motivated, energetic and organized
