We have a vacancy with one of our esteemed client based in Mumbai for the position of Head- EBO

Reports to : Managing Director
Position Summary :
- To build, roll out and lead EBO Business on a PAN India basis via a Franchised FOCO and FOFO model.
- Achieve business growth and profitability targets in the business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Develop new Franchise partners
- Expand business through existing franchises outlets
- Present business plans with potential clients and negotiate terms
- Evolve the conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchise agreement with time and experience
Retail Operations :
- Manage sales & operations of EBOs pan India
- Drive overall Business Development, Revenue Generation & Profitability
- Monitor the performance of every EBOs regarding sales, stocks, visual merchandising and administrative procedures
- Review and analyze the merchandise movement and performance to achieve a healthy sale across categories and to control dead and slow moving merchandise situation
- Map store wise sales performance & develop presentations for franchisees & pre-season/flash collection bookings
- Plan & implement infrastructure, renovation & expansion in stores.
Marketing :
- Forecast monthly/annual sales targets & drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing team to achieve them
- Interact closely with central marketing team to implement EBO related marketing initiatives
- Handle promotional activities & in-shop promotions for enhancing market visibility
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
- Proactively get involved in customer interaction & extensive feedback management to ensure high levels of customer service & satisfaction
Strategic Planning :
- Strategizing and Formulating business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Planning complete operations to achieve business goals, operating profits & cost efficiencies.
