Job Title / Designation: Head - DSA Sales
Reporting To: National Head - Supplier Acqisition
Location: Noida
Must Have : 70% in 10th and 12th standards
Job Summary:
The position holder shall be responsible to plan, execute and monitor the telesales operations of the DSA business with the agreed cost of sales.
- Creating new DSA, along with spreading existing ones in agreed framework.
- Ensure weekly sales, hosting targets are met
- To periodically evaluate the adherence of SLAs & take corrective actions.
- To ensure periodic training & provide updates / feedback to the team members to help improve productivity.
- To manage relationships with partners to ensure SLAs.
- Manage the data - Churn/Audit/Mine the data to ensure optimum sales conversion.
- Hand holding of partners to help ensure using/tracking right inputs.
- Experience: Should have minimum 2+ years experience in managing a telesales team of at-least 100+ members.
