Job Description Hiring Digital Marketing Head for a leading Software Industry.
Experience : 7 + Years
Salary : Max upto 15 L PA
Candidates should be from BPO/KPO/ITES
Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Strategy - Positioning & Messaging, Segmentation & Targeting.
2. Execution (Digital Online + Social + Email + Remarketing, Events) - Calendar Development and Delivery, Campaign Management, Database Procurement & Maintenance, Resource Planning and Deployment, Analytics & Reporting, Marketing RoI, Trends of Leads, Conversions, Business, etc. & Performance of Database by Segments, Campaigns, Size of Biz, etc.
3. Key Performance Indices - Revenue ($), Customer Acquisition (Nos.), Leads Generated, Conversion Ratios, Campaigns Executed, Penetration, Business Developed from Leads Delivered ($), Quota & Targets Achievement & Sales Team Profitability (Revenue: Cost Ratio)
New Product or Services Development
4. Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunity and minimize effects of competitive activity.
5. Establish a list of potential customers.
6. Develops and recommends product or services positioning, packaging and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term profit and market share.
Business Development Planning
1. Participates in business process modeling sessions, providing data and insights into market need and customer expectations.
2. Collaborate with engineering & management to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposal.
3. Draft the narrative that ties the project components together and package and assist in presenting the proposal to the executive team.
Tools & Enablers:
1. Sales Administration, Marketing, Automation Digital Marketing, Analytics, Content, Education and Experience
- Graduate Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
- Knowledge of strategic planning process
- Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years Products and Services marketing in IT or ITeS Industry
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
