- Market Analysis & insights into management
- Increasing organic page views
- Initiating digital campaigns which in turn leads to increased views
- Social media marketing and enhancing the web presence
- Strong knowledge of Google analytics, Ads & PPC
- Hands on experience with the digital marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahref, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Yoast, Buffer and Mail Chimp to name a few.
- Have strong knowledge about social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Forum posts, Blog posts etc.
- Strong knowledge of You Tube Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Linkedln Analytics, Instagram Business & Google My Business
- Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics-optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth.
- Effectively manage Inventory.
- Suggest New Product Development and Manage product launch calendar.
- Quality Control and Assurance.
- Effectively manage Logistic cost and inventory.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, and sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Effectively manage the P&L account of the company
- Should have Global E-Commerce experience in different category like FMCG, Apparel, and Food & Health category.
