As the Head - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible to develop, implement, track and optimize high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
The key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Planning and executing Digital Marketing strategy to meet key marketing objectives
- Growth Hacking for Lead Generation (primary objective) and Brand Building
- Nurturing Digital Marketing team across Search (both organic and paid), Social Media, Inbound, Affiliate and Email Marketing
- Partnering with cross functional teams as and when required for effective campaign planning and analysis
- Monitoring the integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution for effective brand development
- Ensuring goal-based tracking of Cost per Transaction and Cost per Click
- Reviewing metrics like traffic and leads to formulate proactive plans
- Defining Metrics, measuring, analyzing and continuously improving performance through relevant reports
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Marketing preferred with 2- 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or worked in a similar industry (Education/Internet/Tech)
- Should have experience in leveraging Growth Hacks
- Should have strong experience in Inbound Marketing
- Process Oriented and Target Driven
- Exceptional verbal and written Communication Skills
- Exceptional Team Management Skills
- Comfortable with Technology and advanced Digital Marketing Tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
