Head - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
1. Continuous and aggressive monthly growth in lead acquisition levels measured via conversions, bounce rate, etc.
2. Manage SEO, SEM and Social media strategies along with implementation and reporting on progress.
3. End to end implementation of marketing campaigns from planning to implementation to monitoring and reporting.
4. Identify ways to increase ROI and maintain a net positive ROAS from paid campaigns across google, Instagram and Facebook.
5. Perform keyword research and continually optimise product, category and landing pages for clients from an E-commerce background.
6. Identification of on-page SEO issues within the site and technical advice to the team on implementation of associated solutions.
7. A roadmap for the next 3 months with actionable steps for getting all of Semikart's (One of Ipsum's key client) pages indexed on Google.
8. Recruit and manage an outsourced team of professionals to support on the digital marketing strategy implementation as and when required while maintaining internal and external marketing budget caps.
9. Actionable items for the team to follow to make the site structure's more search engine friendly.
10. Constant increase in organic traffic for Ipsum and for clients with a digital marketing service

12. Setting up of advertisement campaign tracking framework and implementation of first ad campaign with associated targets for each metric. Targets for each metric and overall budget for campaign will have to be presented and approved by management before start of the campaign.

13. Set up funnels on google analytics to visualise drop offs in various stages.
Required Qualifications/Skills
1. Well versed in digital marketing and online customer acquisition from a software development and (preferably) with some level of e-commerce experience.
2. Up to date with latest trends in search engine marketing and knowledge of new tools.
3. Well experienced with Google analytics and search console with experience setting up marketing tools for clients and delivering reports with a quick turnaround time.
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience handling end to end digital marketing activities of a startup preferably in the E-Commerce space.
5. Demonstrated track record with case studies as a backup in building traffic, rankings and growing the business through SEO and SEM.
