Head - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (10-14 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Growth Architect would engage in Digital Marketing Strategy for the company, focus would include overall Digital Content Management, Keyword Research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), analyzing Web Analytics, and all Social Media Strategies & Online Outreach Programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through Email & Mobile Based Marketing.
- Engage in advertising on various Digital Platforms directly as well as through coordination with Digital Advertising Agency / Partners Experience with CRM software required
- Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc.)
- Ideating, Planning and experimenting growth hacks
- Owning the outbound marketing programs (Offline+ Online) at each life cycle stage, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights
- Conceptualizing, building, executing and analyzing adoption and engagement marketing programs across all outbound marketing channels
- Increasing brand awareness by developing and iterating on customer segmentation and designing innovative marketing tactics
- Understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to shape marketing and messaging
- Defining event calendar for each business unit and integrating the same with all traffic channels like Social Media, Display/Text Ads, and online campaigns
- Identifying SEO optimization opportunities such as creation of new nodes, content optimization and backlinking to increase Free Search Traffic for the company
- Partnering with product and technology teams to build a roadmap and executing projects that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Graduate with 10+ years in marketing/ digital, with at least 2 years across eCommerce
- Preference will be given to candidates from a Tier 1 Engineering/ Business Schools like IIT's/ IIM's/ ISBInsight applications
- Good Team Management Skills and leadership
- Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage/influence multiple stakeholders, good cross functional skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up intuition and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
