- Proven work experience as head of digital function across Financial Markets.
- Experience with online marketing and web based technologies.
- Proven track record in managing performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across digital media platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set to set something which would become the trend-setter for real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and inter-personal skills to help drive the new wave of online and digital growth within the organization and also with the clients.
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills to help use digital technologies as a backbone for building organization intelligence and information.
- Setting the digital marketing function which should eventually redefine the role digital plays in e-com industry.
- Build a solid in-house team to lead all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email, Whats App, Social Media, Analytics and content.
- Make digital the core of all customer understanding and analytics to drive business strategies.
- Manage external marketing partners and agencies.
- Planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing and technology efforts and being responsible for all campaign deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects across markets.
- Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics.
