Head - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)
ob Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of our digital marketing department including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC Advertisement, and Email Marketing
- Managing the entire Digital Marketing Team and understanding the improvement area and providing them training accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the client's goals. Develop and execute strategic game plans to meet these goals while providing best-in-class guidance and service.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and members of the sales team. Provides leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
- Deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
- Contribute on client calls to discuss industry updates and trends, update the client on project status, and review program performance relative to client goals
- Stay up to date with the latest Digital Marketing trends and follow the best practices prevalent in the industry
- Preparing and managing the digital marketing campaigns under the allocated budget
- Work with team to brainstorm new ideas and innovative growth strategies
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
- Coordinate with the content manager for creating a scope of work and content creation strategies
- Verify monthly reports on our digital marketing campaign's performance (SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising)
- Communicate with the sales team/CEO about marketing goals and results
- Verify teams work and review all the monthly reports before its sent to the Sales Team or Management
- Help the sales team in converting a new customer and existing customers
- Review the outbound communication of the team
- Manage employees in the marketing department and motivate them
- Manage marketing outsourcing partners & content writers
- Write social media plans & content as and when necessary
- Manage 25-30 full-fledged client campaign in SEO, Online Ads & Social Media
- Monitor and track teams performance
- Actively Mentor, train, and coach existing - junior and new members of the SEO team for the overall performance and growth.
- Meets strategic deadlines provided by the sales team or client
- Regularly liaise with sales/clients via telephone, email, or conference calls
- Work with the accounting team to manage expenses
- Work on reducing expenses
- Help researching new marketing techniques
Requirements
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools (SEMrush, Ahref, Spyfu, Moz, and etc)
- Comfortable Keyword Planner working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under high-pressure situations with demonstrated success in managing client dispute and risk situations
- Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
- Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Display Advertisement, Email, Affiliate
- Able to leverage data to make important decisions that will drive client's digital marketing strategy
- Strong interest in technology and digital marketing
