Head - Digital Marketing (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts specifically targeting the UK and US travel market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies tailored to these markets, including Google Ads, SEO, and SEM They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads & calls.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies targeting the UK and US travel market to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions in line with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign targeting
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, analyze trends, and present data and reports to a range of audiences.
- Strategically allocate resources and PPC budget to achieve business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive PPC account audits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Able to generate more flight reservation calls and Leads by Google ads and other ads platforms
- Conduct audience research to identify relevant search terms and create high-intent keyword lists
- Identify negative keywords to avoid in campaigns and prevent wasted PPC ad spend
- Get more online conversions including form submits and checkout purchases, essential for that first contact with a potential customer and providing a voice to intrigue them even further. By doing so, increasing sales and public image
- Optimize critical user journeys and touch points for both acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
- Get relevant traffic to our website from people who are looking for our services or products, increasing the chances of successful leads and business growth
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy of our PPC, Display and Paid Social channels
- Manage two team members and work closely with key contributors
- Have overall responsibility for managing bid management tools/strategies (SA360) and technology
- Implement On page & Off-page optimization strategies outreach to increase domain authority and backlink profile.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to engage with the audience, increase brand visibility, and drive user engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), and provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, with at least 2-5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, particularly in the UK and US travel market.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Creative thinker with a passion for travel and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Keyword Research tools, Google
- Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager & Linked ads Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and strategies, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.
