Our client is an innovative Fintech company that is revolutionizing the business of short term finance. The company is an online lending startup that is driven by an app-enabled technology platform to solve the funding challenges of SMEs by offering quick-turnaround, paperless business loans without collateral.
As the Head - Digital Alliances, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end high impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading corporates and e-commerce firms.
What you will do:
- Owning and managing the whole P&L by keeping a close eye on Cost of Acquisition and activation goals
- Market study and mapping to discover new strategic partnership
- Creating and managing innovative and low-cost lead to conversion solutions and processes
- Increasing share of wallet in each of the existing customers by improving relationship at all levels in the platform
- Increasing quality leads for Business Loans from clients and ensuring end to end fulfillment
- Razor sharp focus on making customer journey simpler to ensure maximum conversion and consistently reducing frictions
- Ensuring high partner centric approach to enable the company become lenders of choice by creating competitive advantages by working with the Technical and Product teams
- Ensuring that the new relationships are smoothly on-boarded onto the platform in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting and Monitoring performance through RMs
- Performing Product Research along with product team and coming out with innovative Financial products solving customers problems
- Building close working relationships with the marketing team and the regional teams in order to help elevate local market partnerships
- Developing and maintaining a strong influencer network to be leveraged for the company's marketing needs
- Developing a diverse assortment of external partnerships with leading e-commerce companies and online businesses that will strategically further the goals of the company by providing brand appreciation, business growth and Alliance originated revenue
What you need to know/have:
- MBA from top-tier institutes/CA's with 6-8 years of experience
- Proven experience in strategic business development/adding/managing Alliances is mandatory
- Experience with Banks / NBFCs working on innovative Products is a great plus
- Out of the Box thinking
- Creative powerhouse with a proven marketing and business development background
- Visionary, with ability to translate in to actionable roadmap
- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical bent of mind & strong judgmental attributes
