Head/DGM - Sales - Auto Ancillary (12-20 yrs)

The Role :
Lead the Sales function for Western region responsible for revenue, profitability and market share.
- Indicative deliverables including but not limited to
- Determination of market potential, Sales Planning and budgeting
- Develop strategy and objectives with regards to revenue, profitability, new products, new business and market opportunities
- Plan, control and direct activities of the sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit targets
- Produce regular reports, analysis & forecast for Senior Management on current market/product development and trend including customer reactions
- Customer relationship management for all key accounts for the region.
- Leadership for the Sales team in the western region including performance management and talent management
The person for the role :
- Graduate / PG in Engineering (full time preferred) with about 15 to 20 years of experience in Sales in Automotive component manufacturing industry.
- Good customer connects in OEM space preferred. Good rapport with engineering and strategic sourcing teams of potential customers will be a great advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team.
