Head/DGM - Postpaid Sales - Telecom (15-18 yrs)
Position Title : Postpaid Head
Designation : DGM
Reporting To : Circle Business Head
Sub Function / Function : Sales / Post Paid
Location / Circle : Chennai
Job Purpose :
- To be responsible for delivering top and bottom line for Postpaid business including customer acquisition and end to end customer life-cycle management viz retention, revenue enhancement, customer service, credit, collection etc.To drive Post-paid sales and productivity through different channels like Channel Partners, Direct Sales Team etc.
Principal Accountabilities :
Business Performance :
Core Deliverables : Revenue Market Share, Revenue Growth, Subscriber growth.
- Managing post-paid business
Business Hygiene : Distribution & market development
- Business Development, Distribution/Channel Development & Channel Handling
- CSA/DSA/DST/MBO//Distributor/ New channels / Telesales setup
Systems & processes :
- Creating Sales & Distribution (DSA/DST/CSA/Modern Trade/MBO's) & ensuring proper dimensioning for each market w.r.t. number and productivity of channel partners in a given territory/branch
- Work closely with Circle Business Heads & ensure target achievement in their respective circles
- CSD & Collection deliverables, process & documentation.

Skills & Knowledge :
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience& Relevant Industry Experience :
MBA : Should have relevant experience of 15+ years in channel sales & distributor network
- Candidate with Telecom postpaid sales experience must. currently can be in Banking,White goods etc
