We are looking for a suitable candidate for the above position for a Mumbai based luxury fashion brand to support their growth ambitions into EU markets. The candidate should be well versed with branding and market development.

Major Responsibility :

By achieving target to maximize profitability. Preparation of the Operational plans based on the business plans. Responsible for complete Store Operation- Store planning, budgeting, Monitoring & Control.

A convenient, compelling and consistent in-store customer experience. Responding to customer complaints and comments. Regular store visit. Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring competitors.

- Initiating change to improve business To achieve targets Analyzing sales figures, interpreting trends to facilitate planning. Adopt effective task management and drive tracking and recording task completion on all store levels. Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency

- Interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals providing or overseeing training and development ensuring standards for quality, customer service, health and safety, Legal & Security issues are met, attending and chairing meetings of RMs & Managers.

- Displays and events, day-to-day store operational issues in accordance with overall company policy, in sync with human resources, customer care, marketing, logistics, information technology and administration.

- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control

- Effectively implementing store Operation policies and practices. Assist in utilizing and implementing all current and future Store ops tools and actively participating in their development, updating of information, setting of objectives
