Head - Demand & Revenue - Advertising/Marketing & SaaS Product Business (1-4 yrs)
Job Description
- This is a Core team position in a fast growing startup. The role includes:-
- B2B sales of Advertising / Marketing / SaaS product.
Ideal candidate :
- Advertising sector Sales professional - Agency, Outdoor, Digital.
- Conceptualise and implement sales cycle from lead sourcing, prospecting, negotiations to closure
- Build/manage/guide team, develop and follow internal sales management processes.
- Set revenue targets and projections
- Build and manage inbound and outbound processes, optimise lead conversion funnel
- Ideate and execute to closure, multiple distribution channels for revenue expansion
- Manage monthly incentive and R&R schemes
- Define the approach for all the actionable steps. Build the required processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare implementation guidelines and SOPs
- Close deals with Global and Indian ad aggregators (Demand Side Platforms) for predictable revenue
- Identify problem statements and wear a product management hat to produce solution along with Tech team
- Set up a monitoring protocol. Monitor KPIs and success metrics. Identify issues, modify the plan and processes related to it which may lead to a better outcome
- Do all the above in the most agile manner
Required Qualification :
MBA, B.Tech
