Head - Dealer Management - Building Material (10-15 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility
- Diagnose roofing market potential, identify dealer needs, influencer roles, track competition activity and identify gaps in channel
- Relook at existing channel w.r.t. Reach, Share Of Business and Market share, identify new dealers based on counter potential
- Assess size of Durashine market, understand end use, product and service needs, determine, reach, SOB and market share
- Capability building of channel partner sales team during field visits
- Understand current market and drivers for conversion / growth
- Retail Value Mapping - market mapping to measure potential of roofing market, preparation of district wise template for mapping the entire dealer value chain, point of purchase, buying pattern and analysis of data for target setting and closure. Recommend action plan to gain market share.
- Increase stakeholder value through dealer engagement/ visits and promote new products during field visits
- Track channel development/ growth

Qualification :
B.E, executive mba
