An Automotive Retails Solution - Consulting Company is looking for aspirant with dynamic Sales, After Sales & Customer Experience to handle the APAC role.
- Drive the role through innovation and though leadership in his area of expertise to help Academy stay ahead of the curve.
- Improvement - Dealer Employee Engagement & Dealer Organisation Culture to enhance the customer movement & support by laying best process practices & technology tools.
- Leadership role - Smart Strategy player & delivering revenue with profit assurance for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualization, design and development of program material and technology to support current programs
- Quality deployments and sustenance of the Guest Experience processes at the client network and thus help Academy stay ahead of the curve.
- Governance of Guest Experience and Customer movement programs across six countries to deliver optimal results
- Supporting six Market Academies to deploy Guest Experience and Customer movement programs
- Coaching and mentoring of Team for enhancement & improvement of performance.
- Working closely with Academy - Customer Experience teams to service ongoing projects and tasks.
- Using metrics and performance data to identify client issues and opportunities proactively
- Strong industry experience and expertise to identify the root causes and formulate recommended action plans for clients.

- Proven track record as a leader with success credentials in conceptualizing, designing and deploying customer experience improvement programs in automotive industry.
