Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Head (Corporate Sales, FMCG) to build our sales team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic sales initiatives to achieve organizational goals. The HEAD of Corporate Sales will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our product sales operations, including developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive corporate sales and establish glide as a market leader.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.
- Build, Lead, and manage a corporate sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Provide leadership, Training, and mentoring to the corporate sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Stay updated on industry trends, Regulatory changes, and Market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:
- Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation and customer lifetime value.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to corporate sales and marketing activities.
- Implement robust risk management processes and controls to mitigate potential risks and safeguard the interests of the company and its customers.
Reporting Matrix:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide updates on sales performance and strategy execution.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to Corporate Insurance sales.
