Job Description: -

- Looking for a strong Sales leader who has proven expertise in growing Corporate Sales business relations in F&B / related function.

- As the Sales Head, your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing sales and collections, and expanding into new market segments within the region. You'll lead the charge in growing our F&B solutions business.

Key Responsibilities: -

Revenue Growth:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

- Identify key growth opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and coach sales and collections teams. Oversee the collections team to ensure timely and effective collection of payments from customers. Set clear targets, conduct daily meetings and monitor performance.

Market Expansion:

- Penetrate new market segments. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to align the team and delivery to the clients with complete satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and materials that

resonate with target audiences.

Strategy planning and Performance Reporting:

- Create and adjust annual plans for growth and expansion. Develop budgets and forecasts. Regularly analyze sales data to assess performance against goals and report to the senior management.

- Manage Management Information System (MIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates for accurate reporting. Ensure that the business processes and compliance requirements are met across all activities.

Qualifications: -

- Proven track record of at least 4-8 years in sales management roles within the corporate business services is a must have.

- Proven sales planning and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.

- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

- Knowledge of the cafeteria solutions market and industry trends.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.

- Bachelor's degree required. MBA is a plus
