Job Description
1. Developing a corporate association strategy that is target and sales driven.
2. Identify potential corporates to associate with.
3. Conduct relevant market search
4. Reach out to corporates that fit our brand, have employees with our target demographic and initiate associations and partnerships with them.
5. Develop engagement strategies, online and offline, for associations and partnerships.
6. Rollout corporate strategy in a timely fashion.
7. Manage all offline activities involved in corporate associations
8. Exponentially scale corporate associations
9. Ability to prepare and deliver corporate level presentations
10. Should be Target and objective focused
11. Implement reporting structure.
12. Study efficiency of associations
13. Good people skills and an outgoing personality.
14. Doing calls and generating new leads
15. Individual contributor role.
16. Work closely with top level management + other HOD's to meet companywide targets.
