Head - Corporate Sales - Corporate Accounts (5-8 yrs)
Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales target. Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Corporate Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Key Accounts Analysis.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of five years sales experience in business-to business sales.
- Have a consultative sales approach.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
- Driven and motivated.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
- Creative, cognitive and innovation abilities.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Should be well versed with Word, Power Point, and Excel etc.
- Proficiency internet research.
- Data crunching and analytics.
Education :
- Graduate from any stream.
- MBA with marketing stream.
