Head - Client Servicing Operations - Wellness/Fitness (3-5 yrs)
- Creating event proposals that fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline.
- Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues.
- Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary.
- Demonstrating to clients strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings and taking clients on tours of venue possibilities.
- Coordinating trainings / seminars / conferences on ground & virtual events.
- Staying under budget while planning event specifications/vendor coordination.
- Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports.
- Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors.
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Helping the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
- Analyzing training needs/requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
- Carry out assessment-related activities for clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience - 3 years or more in Client Servicing, Account Management, and/or Operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
- Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements.
- Assists in operational support.
- EXPERTISE: Excel, PowerPoint, Creation of Google drive forms.
