Head - Channel Sales - Real Estate (8-15 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- As a Channel Head, he will be responsible for Revenue Targets, Revenue Retention and Revenue Maximization in line with the Channel Business
- Excellent Network of Channel Partners, Handling Agent / Advisor related issues, Meeting the customers on regular basis for achieving standards/targets.
- Setting up of targets for Brokers (Agents/Advisor) and reviewing their performance. Identifying Potential Channel Partners, Good knowledge of the local market.
- Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities. Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products.
- Able to handle negotiations
- Undertake promotional activities with channel partners, organizing campaigns, events
- Ensuring updated project details and literature are available to the channel partners
