Head - Channel Sales - Real Estate (4-14 yrs)
- To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
- To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted line reporting to respective site head)
- To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month
- To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
- To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
- To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non performing ones
- To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
- To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
- To develop a healthy investor database through channel partners
- To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
- To oversee organization of channel related events
- To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre launches & launches
- To ensure constantly improve channel partner experience
Accountabilities and Activities :
- To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects
- To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
- External Interactions Brokers, IPCs
- Networking skills
