Job Description

- We are looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Head for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships in overall India.

- Your role will include supporting the company's ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales for overall India.

Responsibilities

- Onboard new partners (EPCs/Installers) on board and maintain relationships with existing partners in overall India.

- Evolve a Channel Engagement Strategy for deep engagements with the channel partners.

- Manage the Product, Policy, Platform for engaging the partners towards offline demand generation.

- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.

- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and sales teams to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.

- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.

- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

Candidate Details

Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years of work experience.

- A bachelors' or masters' degree in sales.

- Thorough understanding of the industry.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Flexible to travel to partner locations.

- Solution-oriented outlook.

- Ability to build lasting relationships.
