Head - Business - NBFC/Bank (4-15 yrs)
- Responsible for overall sales,operations and administration of business growth, customer satisfaction.
- Would be responsible for P&L
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards
- Head the onboarding operations for multiple channels
- Channels to include both online as well as offline merchants
- Lead a large team of several operations manager taking care of Loan application onboarding
- Running a digital onboarding operations process
- Ensuring the onboarding SLAs and quality targets are being met
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Engage in business development leveraging digital commerce from metros to rural areas.
- Work closely with sales and marketing team for accurate information for demand forecasting.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationship with all department heads.
- Establish excellent relationships with business partners
- Ensure on time delivery of products and maintain TAT's.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
- Effecting better business practices.
- Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers- expectations and company goals.
Skill/Knowledge :
- Experience of working in a similar fintech/ NBFC & Bank is preferable
- Experience in handling Loans process is preferable
- Relevant, demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high-performance team with a sound understanding of key business drivers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
