Share of Construction Wallet : Converting the business potential into opportunities to increase our customer share of wallet
Tendering Expertise : Building capability to identify business opportunities in tendering phase of the project
Industry Expertise : Evaluate and onboard high potential probable business partners who will help increase our share of wallet
Stakeholder Management : Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and customers to ensure successful partnerships
Client Management Expertise : Understanding client requirements and developing business opportunities from it
