Job Title: Business Development Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Head to drive strategic growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. This leadership role requires a proactive, result-oriented professional with a strong background in retail branding, signage, and store rollouts. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across retail, branding, and signage sectors.

- Build and nurture high-value relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and decision-makers.

- Lead and mentor the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management to ensure profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailor-made solutions for clients.

- Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure high-value deals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

- Ensure seamless execution of projects, from conceptualization to production and servicing.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in Retail Branding, Signage, Store Rollout, or Visual Merchandising.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

- Proven ability to develop and close high-value deals.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience in strategic planning, market research, and revenue forecasting.

- Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business analytics.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
